EAP Counselling
We provide EAP counselling services to a range of organisations through a subcontracting arrangement with a number of Australia's major EAP providers. For small organisations that are Melbourne based, we are also able to provide direct ad hoc EAP services.
Organisational Consultancy
- We provide consultancy services in the following areas:
- Policy and procedures related to managing mental health issues in the workplace.
- Development and implementation of Wellbeing Programs in the workplace, including targeted Resilience training.
- Assisting organisations with Fitness for Work issues arising due to substance use and psychological issues.
- Planning and execution of Drug and Alcohol policy, protocols and training and Fatigue Management training.
- Development of Critical Incident Management policies and procedures, both in Australia and in a developing nation context.
Coaching
Coaching is provided to develop proficiency in an area of responsibility in the workplace. As such our approach to coaching differs from our approach to counselling in that its focuses is less on problem solving (though it may focus there for a time) and more on improvement of self-understanding, skill development and execution of agreed goals.
Group Counselling For Depression And Anxiety
Group counselling is a unique approach to the therapeutic process that offers a number of benefits that individual counselling may not.
Fitness For Work (FFW) / Fitness For Duty (FFD) Assessments
What is Fitness for Work?
A person is fit for work when they are in a physical, mental and emotional state that enables them to perform their assigned tasks competently and in a manner that does not threaten their own or others health or safety.
